There is wheelchair access to 90 per cent of the gallery space and the tearoom.
Half the exhibition space is housed within two railway carriages from the 1890’s.
These carriages have ramps leading into them and, as such, it’s not possible to access them with a mobility scooter.
With the ramps to the carriages we advise that wheelchair users are assisted by an able bodied person, or please just ask a member of staff for help.
We have two disabled parking spaces only 40 ft from the entrance-door to the gallery with no steps to negotiate.
